We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Client Services team at Social Tap. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Client Managers, supporting them to deliver exceptional marketing strategies and content for our clients. You’ll get hands-on experience in campaign execution, client communication, and project coordination, all while bringing creative ideas to life through digital and social media marketing.

- Enjoy producing engaging and creative brand and campaign content for social media, websites, and email
- Have a creative mindset and the ability to bring a brand and story to life through content
- Enjoy copywriting and have a strong attention to detail
- Be highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines
- Be a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
What’s involved?
- Reporting to our Head of Client Services to deliver exceptional marketing outcomes for our clients
- Coordinating multiple projects, priorities, and timelines to ensure smooth execution
- Briefing graphic design and web teams to bring campaigns and content to life
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders in a professional and approachable manner
- Content creation for social channels and marketing communications
- Day-to-day management of client social media accounts, including moderation and community engagement
- Working for an organisation that places high value on trust, authenticity, integrity, and quality
