Alongside the evolution of Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort into Elysium Noosa, we collaborated with the Maestro Hospitality team and Chef Alessandro Pavoni to Cibaria Noosa and Bar Capri.
The goal was to introduce Cibaria in a way that felt deeply authentic, unmistakably Italian, and entirely at home in the heart of Noosa. Working closely with the passionate Cibaria team, we supported the brand’s December 2025 launch.
It quickly became clear that Cibaria had found its place on Hastings Street, delivering an exceptionally strong opening month and an enthusiastic local response.
Through social media launch and content creation, we helped introduce this bold new Italian dining experience to Noosa.
One grounded in tradition and alive with authentic energy, designed to transport guests straight to the heart of Italy, if only for a few hours.
We loved supporting the Elysium and Cibaria teams in bringing this all-day Italian dining experience to life through social media launch management and strategy and initial content creation. This played a key part in introducing the brand to the Sunshine Coast community and visitors alike with impact and authenticity.
Through multiple photography and videography shoots with the talented Amy Higg and Elise Hassey, along with our inhouse content team, we focused on capturing the essence of Cibaria: handmade pasta in motion, sunlit aperitivo moments, vibrant plates, flowing wine and the unmistakable buzz of a bustling Italian piazza.
Working closely with the team, our approach was grounded in storytelling. We leaned into what makes Cibaria unique: its layered offering from day to night, its theatrical energy, and its warm, welcoming spirit. Each piece of content was designed to reflect the brand’s roots in tradition, while speaking to a modern Noosa audience.
A highlight was filming Alessandro Pavoni as he guided us through the distinct sections of the Cibaria kitchen (the ‘rias’), each designed to celebrate the best of Italy. From the cruderia to the bisteccheria, spaghetteria and beyond, audiences were invited behind the scenes to experience what truly sets Cibaria apart – and they loved what they saw.
